Ahoy, mateys! Thank you so much for your patience while we worked out an alternative plan for our End-of-Summer Treasure Party this evening due to the forecasted weather.

To keep everyone safe and dry, we are moving the celebration indoors at the Kate Aitken Hall at the Beeton Community Park and switching our foam party to a Magic Show! 🪄🔮

📌Because our indoor space has a smaller capacity, we will be dividing our registered guests into two separate showtimes. Please check the first letter of the email address you used to register and arrive at the time listed below:

🏴‍☠️EMAIL ADDRESSES BEGINNING WITH A–J
Please arrive at 5:00 PM
Pizza and seating: 5:00–5:30 PM
Magic Show: 5:30–6:00 PM

🏴‍☠️EMAIL ADDRESSES BEGINNING WITH K–Z
Please arrive at 6:15 PM
Pizza and seating: 6:15–6:30 PM
Magic Show: 6:30–7:00 PM (Due to limited parking (and magic show spoilers) please do not arrive any earlier than 6:15 PM)

Please DO NOT arrive for the original (5:30 PM) start time. It is very important that you attend the time assigned to your email group so that we can safely accommodate everyone indoors😉

We know this is a last-minute change, and we really appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
