Teen Beauty and Wellness Series: Nutrition for Teens

FreeThis three-week Teen Wellness Series helps teens build confidence and healthy habits by learning how nutrition, skincare, and makeup all work together to support overall well-being.
This week’s focus: Nutrition – fueling your body from the inside out. Join Nutritionist Chelsea Burt of Chelsea Nicole Wellness to learn how what you eat affects your skin, energy levels, focus, and mood. This session is practical, teen-friendly, and centred on realistic habits—not diets or restrictions.
Important: Each session in this series is a separate registered event. Participants must register for each session they wish to attend.
