DESCRIPTION:Dekalog 10: ‘Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s goods’ \nTwo dissimilar brothers – a punk singer and a businessman – inherit a collection of rare stamps. In trying to protect the stamps\, they become obsessed with the promise of wealth. A darkly humorous film that is the only comedy in the series. \nFrom the Dekalog (1988)\, a series of ten short films set in a Warsaw tower block\, each nominally based on one of the Ten Commandments\, created for Polish television. It is now one of the most critically acclaimed film cycles of all time. Directed by Krzysztof Kieślowski. \nRobert O’Meara\, former Humber College Professor of Film Studies\, will guide us.
