This session will feature soft movement\, playful songs\, and space for caregivers to connect\, guided by a local mom and certified yoga instructor\, Sarah Gallo. \nRegistration is required for all caregivers. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat\, as borrowed mats are limited.
