Chair yoga for adults and seniors- a gentle and accessible way to improve strength, flexibility, balance, mindfulness and relaxation.
An active storytime session for ages 18 months to 6 years of age.
Develop skills for self-awareness and relationship success. Stephanie Lafazanos will guide us.
